ClearMind is a family company, established in 1995. All four directors are non-drinkers and passionate about offering sustainable and enjoyable alternatives to alcohol.
We started by tasting some American non-alcoholic wines because there were no premium products available in Australia. We enjoyed them so much we bought a hundred cases and made them available to some health food stores and vegetarian restaurants.
There was clearly a market for quality non-alcoholic beverages so we had the confidence to approach the major supermarkets. In 2002 Woolworth’s Supermarkets ranged some of our products in NSW and the ACT. The response was so positive that they ranged Ariel Blanc and Ariel Rouge nationally for more than 10 years.
Everyone seems to know someone who doesn’t drink! We are now ranged nationally with Dan Murphy’s and Thomas Dux Grocers, and we partner with a wide range of distributors. We sell direct to private clients, specialist delicatessens, fine food and wine stores, restaurants, and increasingly the licensed trade.
Sadly our sister and good friend Margaret Newton passed away suddenly on April 1, 2016.
