This Carl Jung wine is an excellent representation of a typical riesling. Clear and fruity, it is clean on the palate with zesty acidity. Notes of green apple and lemon on the nose and a long finish round out this exceptionally fine de-alcoholised wine. With ⅔ fewer calories than standard white wine, Carl Jung Riesling is perfect as a lighter choice, and pairs well with salads and seafood dishes.
