Richard Juhlin Sparkling Blanc de Blancs is a truly exceptional French sparkling non-alcoholic white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine comes from Limoux which is a municipality in the department of Aude in the region of Occitania in the south of France.

Wine historians believe that the world’s first sparkling wine was produced in this region in 1531.

Richard has chosen Chardonnay grapes that give fruity tones to the wine which at the
same time retains its elegance and freshness after the alcohol has been removed. He has moved more towards the freshness associated with the concept of Blanc de Blancs. It has a smooth, silky structure and subtle notes of sweet berry, citrus and Granny Smith apples.

To start with the base wine is a good quality dry crisp and fruity wine.

The dealcoholisation is done through vacuum distillation at around 30 degrees Celsius, which preserves aromas and flavor.

This non-alcoholic wine is developed to be easy to appreciate and at the same time, food pairing friendly.

Crisp and fresh, the lingering aromas of this charming sparkling  wine make it an excellent aperitif, Serve well chilled with small luxurious canapés,  roe toast and
it is a great match with all Asian cuisines.
