Carl Jung De-alcoholised Chardonnay - Since 1908
From Carl Jung Winery in the beautiful wine growing region of Rüdesheim am Rhein in Germany, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, comes an excellent range of premium non-alcoholic wines. In 1908 the Carl Jung Winery were the first to patent a process to de-alcoholise wine.
Today, the Carl Jung method of de-alcoholisation represents the most advanced technique for quality production of de-alcoholised wine.
This de-alcoholised Chardonnay is a clear, fruity wine typical of this grape. It is clean on the palate and has a long finish. The nose is reminiscent of green apples, citrus and pineapple.
