From Carl Jung Winery in the beautiful wine growing region of Rüdesheim am Rhein in Germany, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, comes an excellent range of premium non-alcoholic wines. In 1908 the Carl Jung Winery were the first to patent a process to de-alcoholise wine.
Today, the Carl Jung method of de-alcoholisation represents the most advanced technique for quality production of de-alcoholised wine.
This delightful de-alcoholised Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and has a medium dry taste. It has a bouquet reminiscent of traditional sparkling wine with aromas of citrus, pear, apple and floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, tingling and has beautiful fruit. Blanc de Blancs is charming, pleasant and harmonious, there is no festivity it is not up to. Suitable for Vegans.
