Leitz Eins-Zwei-Zero Chardonnay Alcohol Free by Johannes Leitz from Germany
Eins-Zwei-Zero is a premium range of non-alcoholic wines created by award-winning winemaker Johannes Leitz. Using grapes from the world-famous vineyards of the Rüdesheim region in Germany, these wines are produced with great attention to detail. The alcohol is removed through gentle vacuum distillation at low temperatures, allowing the natural flavours and delicate aromas to be preserved.
Produced from outstanding base wine from the Pfalz region of Germany and gently dealcoholised by using state of the art technology. to support the grapes acidity and freshness, we decided to ferment the wines in stainless steel tanks.
Vibrant initial essence of fresh fruit and citrus fruits to compliment the grapes, the flavour broadens on the finish. It is crisp with a dry finish and relatively long aftertaste for a dealcoholized wine.
We were able to create an almost the "original taste" having secured the precious aromatics of the grapes. Enjoy with good friends and fine food.
