Richard Juhlin Sparkling Rosé is a truly exceptional French sparkling non-alcoholic pink wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The wine comes from Limoux which is a municipality in the department of Aude in the region of Occitania in the south of France.

Wine historians believe that the world’s first sparkling wine was produced in this region in 1531.

Richard has chosen to go in a drier direction to give freshness to the slightly blush pink sparkling wine. It has a smooth, silky structure and subtle notes of sweet berry, citrus and Granny Smith apples.

To start with the base wine is a good quality dry crisp and fruity wine.

The dealcoholisation is done through vacuum distillation at around 30 degrees Celsius, which preserves aromas and flavor.

This non-alcoholic wine is developed to be easy to appreciate and at the same time, food pairing friendly.

Crisp and fresh, the lingering aromas of this charming sparkling  wine make it an excellent aperitif, and a great match with all Asian cuisines.

Richard Juhlin Sparkling Rosé contains 0.0% ABV, 24.0 k/cals and 5.6 gms of carbs and 5.0 gms sugar p/100ml. The 750ml traditional bottles are sold in cases of 6 bottles.
