From award winning winemaker, Johannes Leitz from the world-famous vineyards of the Rüdesheim region in Germany comes EINS-ZWEI-ZERO, a premium alcohol-free Rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.
EINS-ZWEI-ZERO Rosé is delicately fruity, tangy summer wine. The nose has a dominant rhubarb note along with subtle hints of rosehip and raspberries. A lively acidity gives it the necessary freshness and the accompanying juicy fruits that make this alcohol free Rosé a real taste experience.
It is a real summer highlight, which is also excellent with fresh summer salads and pasta and all Asian dishes, best served at 10°C.
The alcohol in this wine is removed through gentle vacuum distillation which preserves the natural and fruity Rosé aromas.
