Carl Jung De-Alcoholised Merlot - Since 1908

Production Notes:

From Carl Jung Winery in the beautiful wine growing region of Rüdesheim am Rhein in Germany, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, comes an excellent range of premium non-alcoholic wines. In 1908 the Carl Jung Winery were the first to patent a process to de-alcoholise wine.

Today, the Carl Jung method of de-alcoholisation represents the most advanced technique for quality production of de-alcoholised wine.

Winemaker Comments:

Carl Jung Merlot has a rich ruby colour followed by a nose full of black cherries with a hint of currant. A long finish rounds out this exceptionally fine de-alcoholised wine.

An excellent vegan non-alcoholic red wine.
