From Carl Jung Winery in the beautiful wine growing region of Rüdesheim am Rhein in Germany, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, comes an excellent range of premium non-alcoholic wines. In 1908 the Carl Jung Winery were the first to patent a process to de-alcoholise wine.
Today, the Carl Jung method of de-alcoholisation represents the most advanced technique for quality production of de-alcoholised wine.
Winemaker Comments:
Carl Jung Shiraz has an intense red colour with notes of chocolate, good tannic structure and overall a well balanced de-alcoholised wine.
An excellent vegan non-alcoholic red wine with less than 0.5% Alcohol by Volume.
